Safeguard Your Personal Information
The NDEB is committed to protecting candidates’ personal information. We take measures to ensure that your data remains secure and private at every step of our processes.
While these measures are in place, you also play a crucial role in keeping information secure in your NDEBConnect account.
Your NDEBConnect account contains sensitive personal and exam information, making it essential to follow strong cybersecurity practices to keep it secure. By adopting good habits, you help protect your exam history, application details, and personal data.
As October marks Cybersecurity Month, we’ve prepared a list of practical tips to help you strengthen your online security and protect your personal information.
- Use a strong password.
- Never share your username and password with anyone.
- If you suspect your password has been compromised, use the “Forgot Password” function on the login page to reset it immediately.
- If you need to make changes to your username, contact NDEB customer support for assistance.
- Never leave your devices logged in unattended. Lock your device if you need to step away!
- Be aware of suspicious phone calls. If we call you, we will not ask you for personal information about your account.
- If you are unable to communicate with us directly, let us know. We have procedures in place for you to appoint an individual to speak on your behalf.
To learn more about your responsibilities as a user, we encourage you to review the updated NDEB Online Submission Terms and Conditions available on your NDEBConnect account. This document outlines important rules regarding password security, prohibited activities, and how the NDEB may use or share your information with relevant organizations.
