Scheduling your Exam

In May and November, the Virtual OSCE will be held at Prometric test centres in Canada and the US. If your exam is taking place at a Prometric test centre you will need to schedule your seat time with Prometric after you have registered.

You will receive an email notification from the NDEB when scheduling with Prometric becomes available. Scheduling instructions can be found in the information included with your registration.

Transferring your Registration

Location transfers can be done through your NDEBConnect account prior to the registration deadline. There are no fees for transferring your location.

After the Exam

Examination results are released within 8 weeks of the exam. You will receive an email indicating your results are available. To view your results login to your NDEBConnect account and select “results” from the main menu.

If you received a passing grade, we will verify that we have received your proof of graduation. When successful completion of the Virtual OSCE and proof of graduation are confirmed you can be certified. Your certificate will be mailed to the address in your online profile and your name will be added to the National Register. The provincial dental regulators will be able to obtain your certification information from the National Register.

Once certified you can apply for licensure in the province of your choice.
