What is misrepresentation?
Misrepresentation is providing the NDEB with false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete information, whether intentional or unintentional.
What are the consequences of misrepresentation?
Misrepresentation can lead to serious consequences, like becoming ineligible to take future examinations. Following an investigation, the Registrar will determine the appropriate consequences.
What should I do if I am unsure whether an action is permitted?
If you are unsure whether an action is permitted, check the By-laws, policies, and the Terms and Conditions in your NDEBConnect account. If you are still unsure, reach out to us directly.
