The Virtual OSCE is a summative examination that assesses the problem-solving and critical decision-making skills expected of entry-level dental practitioners in Canada. It serves as a national standard of competence and is a key step in the NDEB Certification Process. Candidates must successfully complete the Virtual OSCE to obtain licensure from dental regulatory authorities and practice dentistry in Canada.
