Canada Post service disruption

Canada Post services have been shut down as of September 26, 2025.

During the strike, mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered. This includes items already in transit. If you are an applicant who has sent documents through Canada Post that have not yet arrived at our office, we encourage you to resend the documents using a courier service. New applicants are also encouraged to have universities and licensing bodies send transcripts and statements of good standing electronically when possible. For a list of organizations from which NDEB accepts electronic submissions review the Equivalency Process application guide, and the How to Apply section of the Certification Process.

This service interruption will have minimal impact on NDEB services provided to candidates, as most are available through electronic communication. However, the delivery of NDEB certificates is dependent on the postal system. We will be using alternative delivery methods to send certificates to candidates. To help facilitate this process, candidates are encouraged to login to their NDEBConnect accounts and verify that their address is current and complete.
