Potential Canada Post service disruption

There is the possibility of a Canada Post service disruption in May 2025. A service interruption will have minimal impact on NDEB services, as most are available through electronic communication. However, the delivery of NDEB certificates is dependent on the postal system. Should a service interruption occur, the NDEB will endeavor to find alternative ways to provide this service.
We encourage applicants to keep an eye on updates regarding the potential Canada Post service disruption and consider sending any required documents to our office by courier to avoid delays.
