In the spirit of giving this holiday season

As a not-for-profit itself, the NDEB is conscious of the social responsibility it has in supporting organizations devoted to making the holidays a little bit more special for those facing challenges that time of year in our community. For the month of December, NDEB staff communally gathered food items for the Ottawa Food Bank and delivered decorative care boxes and messages of hope for the Shoebox Project for Women charity, an organization geared to helping local women currently or at-risk of homelessness feel they are special and not forgotten during the holiday season, as it can be especially difficult for some.
