Enhancements to the Credential Verification Phone Appointment System

The NDEB has been working on enhancements to our credential verification appointment system.
Starting May 6, 2024, individuals who have created an NDEBConnect account will be able to book an appointment through NDEBConnect. Adding NDEBConnect as an access point for appointments will provide additional functionality, allowing applicants to easily view and manage their appointment.
As we transition to the new system, we have temporarily paused appointment booking.
Individuals who have not yet created an Equivalency Process application, will be able to book appointments through the website once the transition is completed. No changes will be made to existing appointments.
